Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport Marathon… BACK IN 2025

Prepare to put your best foot forward this May with the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport Marathon striding back into town boasting an expanded program that includes all the favourites plus shorter races and team events to suit all ages and abilities.

A weekend of entertainment and fun for the whole family will kick off on Saturday 3 May with a 5km run around the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport followed by a unique opportunity to hit the tarmac to take on the ‘Runway Mile’.

Enter the Elite, Junior or the Open Mile or muster some mates from school, corporate colleagues or running/fitness buddies and tackle the Mile Teams Challenge. A dedicated ‘Corporate Mile’ will see teams of four from workplaces near and far race for an inaugural perpetual trophy and winner’s bragging rights for a whole year.

For those looking for a longer run or challenging themselves to a PB on the back of their efforts last year the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport Marathon, ASICS Half Marathon and Visit Toowoomba Region 10km run will pound the city pavements on Sunday 4 May.

The half marathon and 10km run course will remain largely the same as 2024 however the marathon will be three laps incorporating Long Street and the Western Creek Pathway on the first lap followed by a second lap around Prince Henry Heights with a final lap through the City Centre and Queen’s Park.

Run or be part of team runspiration from the many vantage points along the course.
